We’ve heard a lot about food in Trang and decided to taste some of their specialties. Here are some that, we think, are worth trying.
Dim Sums (ติมซำ) are a favorite dish for breakfast (6.00 – 12.00). Dim Sums are steamed in small rattan baskets and usually include either fish or shrimp or pork with veggies.
Also, try local coffee (โกปี) with Patonko (ปาต้องโก) which is a Thai version of Chinese donuts or simply put, deep-fried dough
